Description of Service

Prompty is a platform that helps users create, manage, and optimize prompts for various AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and others.

Our service automatically detects which AI platform you're using and optimizes your prompts accordingly to help you get better results.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Prompty to:

• Create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our service for spam or malicious activities

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you create using Prompty. However, by using our service, you grant us:

• The right to create backups and ensure service availability
• The right to analyze usage patterns to improve our platform

Subscription and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that Prompty will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

Prompty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Prompty immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates applicable laws
• Is fraudulent or involves stolen payment methods

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of Prompty after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
